Protecting Your Personal Information
We will provide specific notice before collecting any of your personal information (details that can identify you as an individual, such as your name and address). We collect no personal information about you unless you choose to provide that information to us. We do not use techniques that collect personal information about you without your knowledge. The ODA will be pleased to inform you of the existence, any use, and disclosure of personally identifying information, and provide you with access to that Personal Information, within 30 (thirty) days of a receipt of a written request directed by fax or mail to Web site, Chief Privacy Officer. To request a change or delete information that has previously been provided by you to us, write to Web site, Chief Privacy Officer with the details of your request.
